Refurbished and used hardware should be inspected on delivery. If a shipment arrives with visible transit damage or the received item does not match the order, the issue should be reported promptly through the store's support channel.

Return approval, restocking treatment, and any freight responsibility depend on product condition, order status, and whether the item was damaged in transit or misfulfilled.

Consumables, customer-caused damage, and configuration changes made after delivery may not qualify for return. Buyers should confirm model fit and environment requirements before ordering.
